Fran Greek concentrates his litigation practice in the defense of products liability, workers’ compensation and medical malpractice claims. In the medical malpractice arena, his clients include hospitals, physicians, nurses and other healthcare providers, including skilled nursing facilities, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. In defense of workers’ compensation claims, he represents employers and insurance carriers. He has served as a member of the liaison counsel for healthcare providers in the Pedicle Screw litigation in the Federal and State courts.

Mr. Greek is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations; the Defense Research Institute; and the Philadelphia Area Society for Healthcare Risk Management.

He graduated from the University of Richmond Law School where he was distinguished as an Honor Court Justice. Following law school, Mr. Greek served as law clerk to The Honorable Nicholas M. D’Alessandro of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Earning his undergraduate degree from Villanova University, he was a Dean’s List student who was inducted into Gamma Phi Business Honor Society.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
