Bernadette Plaza concentrates her practice in the areas of toxic tort, product liability, workers' compensation and insurance defense claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Plaza served as a Deputy Attorney General for the state of Delaware.
Ms. Plaza graduated from Widener University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree from University of Delaware.
She is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Delaware and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.
