Jacob Schwartz concentrates his practice in the defense of workers' compensation claims and employment matters.

Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for Senior Judge Jim Flaherty in the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania where he drafted workers' compensation opinions. Additionally, he wrote decisions addressing appeals from decisions of other state agencies including the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, Liquor Control Board and Department of Transportation. Before that, he clerked at the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board, drafting opinions to dispose of appeals from workers' compensation decisions.

Jacob graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he was an editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal and member of the Honor Court. He earned his undergraduate degree from Arcadia University.

He is a member of York County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the courts of Pennsylvania.
