Deborah Beck concentrates her practice in the defense of workers' compensation, regularly appearing before Workers' Compensation Judges and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. An attorney for over twenty years, she is a certified Workers' Compensation specialist as authorized by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Beck graduated with honors from Duquesne University School of Law where she served as a research editor for the Duquesne Law Review. Ms. Beck received her undergraduate degree from Gannon University.

Ms. Beck has presented seminars on workers' compensation issues and has taught continuing legal education seminars on the subject of workers' compensation for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. She authored and co-authored numerous articles published in The Legal Intelligencer on the subject of emerging issues in Pennsylvania workers' compensation law. Ms. Beck served as secretary to the Philadelphia Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section from 1999 to 2002, and as co-chair from 2003 to 2005. In 2017, Ms. Beck was selected to serve a three-year term as a council member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Law Section, which supports the exchange of information related to legal developments in workers' compensation law and acts as a liaison with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Workers' Compensation to ensure that the interests of claimants, employers and the legal community are protected fairly in the regulatory, legislative and administrative processes.

She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
