Scott Fleischauer concentrates his practice in workers' compensation litigation. He regularly appears before Workers' Compensation Judges and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board. He is a certified Workers' Compensation specialist as authorized by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Fleischauer graduated from Pennsylvania State University and the Dickinson School of Law. He practiced for insurance defense law firms in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He served as senior claims attorney and as managing attorney of the Harrisburg Regional Office for the Pennsylvania Manufacturers' Association Insurance Company for over 20 years and formerly served as Co-Chair of the In-House Counsel Committee of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute.

He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Tax Court.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Dauphin County Bar Association.
