For over 50 years, Leo Gribbin has concentrated his practice in the areas of estate administration, commercial and business law, and real estate transactions.

He represents a wide variety of clients in commercial transactions including the negotiation, preparation, and review of business agreements and contracts, formation of new business entities, purchase and sale of assets, among others. In matters of business litigation, he handles issues of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholders disputes, business torts, and general business litigation. In addition, Mr. Gribbin represents buyers and sellers in real estate transactions of residential and commercial properties. An approved attorney for a title insurance company, he handles issues related to defective title, often resulting in litigation.

He also counsels clients in the many aspects of estate and trust administration, including estate planning, preparation of wills, living wills, and health care directives and probate.

Mr. Gribbin is a member and past president of the York County Bar Association, as well as a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is a member of the Herbert B. Cohen Inn of Court and was honored with the Richard E. Kohler Civility and Ethics Award from the Herbert B. Cohen Chapter of the American Inns of Court.

He graduated from Villanova School of Law and received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Mount St. Mary's University.

Mr. Gribbin is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the courts of Pennsylvania.
